Construction of Baywater Estate Stage 13 ahead of schedule, land rebates of $30,000

Construction of Stage 13 of Baywater Estate is estimated to be completed in November – a month ahead of schedule. Titles for Stage 13 of the Bellarine Peninsula estate are expected in January 2021, allowing for the Christmas holiday period.

In July, Bisinella Developments released land in Stage 13 of Baywater Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula - six months earlier than expected.

Bisinella has increased its rebate - from $20,000 to $30,000* - for customers who purchase a block of land in Stage 13 of the Curlewis estate, before 31 December 2020.

There are 27 lots for sale in Stage 13, the second last stage in the Curlewis development. The lots range in size from 508m2 to 591m2 and start from $337,000.  

As announced earlier in the year, purchasers of titled land in Stages 1-12 of Baywater Estate can also receive a $30,000* rebate until 31 December 2020.

There are currently only 14 titled lots still available for sale in Stages 1 to 12. Land starts from $315,000.

When complete, Baywater Estate will feature 363 lots. Construction of Stages 1 to 12 have already been completed and are ready to be built on.

The Bisinella rebates are offered in addition to the $25,000* HomeBuilder grant offered by the Federal Government, and any additional first home owner incentives provided by the Victorian State Government to eligible purchasers thinking of building their new home.

People interested in taking advantage of the rebate offers are encouraged to contact Bisinella sales staff at sales@bisinella.com.au. A lot can be put on hold for 7 days, after which only 5% deposit is required to finalise a purchase.

Bisinella Director Richard Bisinella said he was pleased to be able to increase the Stage 13 rebate.

“With construction starting in July, six months ahead of schedule and on track for a November completion, customers will be able to start building their new homes in the new year,” he said.

The six-month construction of Stage 13 of Baywater Estate is good news for the local building industry and workforce. The project creates more than 115 jobs, with more than 95 per cent of the workforce made up of local workers.

The estate is being constructed by local civil contractor Wellam Constructions. The company has worked on Bisinella projects for the past 30 years and employs more than 100 people.

Only 25 minutes from the Geelong CBD, Baywater Estate is the only waterfront residential land for sale anywhere on the Bellarine Peninsula.

$30,000 Bisinella rebate on land in Stage 13 of Baywater Estate

For a limited time, Bisinella Developments is offering purchasers of land within Stage 13 of Baywater Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula a one-off cash rebate of $30,000*, to assist purchasers build their new home.

To be eligible for the $30,000 rebate, purchasers need to:

  • enter into a contract of sale within the promotion period (15 September 2020 to 31 December 2020);
  • pay the deposit on or before the date required by the contract of sale;
  • effect settlement on the due date for settlement required under the contract of sale; and
  • comply with all other terms and conditions under the contract of sale.
