Construction of Seaside Estate is expected to start soon, with Bisinella awaiting final approvals from the City of Greater Geelong.
Bisinella is awaiting engineering plans approval from the Council, which is due any day.
Meanwhile, all properties in the 230-lot estate will have High Speed Internet from Opticomm Connect Communities.
Demand for land on the Bellarine Peninsula in the wake of the COVID-19 restrictions has fuelled strong interest in the St Leonards’ estate. There is one lot left for sale in Stage One of the estate, with 28 lots sold and eight on hold.
Stage One of Seaside Estate was released on 8 April 2021
Stage Two of the estate is expected to be released mid-year.
Lot sizes at Seaside Estate range from approximately 350m2 to 600m2.
