The Seaside Estate development site is located at 152-200 Bluff Road, St Leonards, about a 30 minute drive from the Geelong CBD.
Seaside Estate will include approximately 2ha of reserve and open space with a constructed wetland entrance to the estate off Bluff Road.

St Leonards is situated between Portarlington to the north-west and Queenscliff to the south.
Known for its laid back seaside lifestyle, it is approximately a 10 minute drive from Drysdale, 12 minutes to Portarlington and 15 minutes to Queenscliff/Point Lonsdale. Sorrento is approximately an hour away (via ferry), while Melbourne is 90 minutes via car or ferry.
Major construction work on the Drysdale Bypass is expected to commence September 2018 and completed by mid-2020, which will further reduce travel times to Geelong and Melbourne.
