Land in Stage 5A of Lara Lakes Estate has been released, with 14 lots available.
Modelled on Bisinella’s award-winning Lara development, Grand Lakes Estate, the new estate is located on the south-west side of the corner of Windermere Road and O’Hallorans Road, Lara.
Lots in Stage 5A range in size from 440m2 to 504m2, with construction estimated to be completed in the middle of 2023.
