Construction of Bisinella’s Apple Gum Estate in Lara is almost complete, with the final touches of Stage Three underway.

With construction of Stage Three expected to be finalised in the next fortnight, lot owners in the new stage are one step closer to building their homes.

Roads and footpaths in Stage Three have recently been completed, with only minor earthworks remaining.

Construction of Stage Three – the last stage in Apple Gum Estate – started at the end of May 2021.

The new estate will provide residents with a relaxed lifestyle, with easy access to the magnificent You Yangs Regional Park, established schools and retail options, combined with connectivity to Geelong and Melbourne.

There are only four lots left for sale in Stage Three, with land from $332,000. Lots are from 350m2.

Stage Three is not directly connected but is near Apple Gum Estate Stage One and Two, which are now sold out. The estate is adjacent wetlands with parks and a playground close by.

A short drive from the Lara Train Station, Apple Gum Estate also provides residents with easy access to Princes Highway. Geelong is a convenient 15-minute drive from Lara, while Melbourne is only a 45-minute commute.

A lot in Apple Gum Estate can be put on hold for seven days, after which only a 5 per cent deposit is required to finalise a purchase.
