Hundreds of people are expected to flock to Pirra Homestead on Sunday for the annual Lara Fun Run/Walk.
The family-focused event starts and finishes in the gardens of Bisinella Developments’ beautiful Pirra Homestead.
Organisers are expecting more than 700 people will take part in a 10km run, 5km run/walk and a 1.5km kids dash. The picturesque course takes entrants through Serendip
Sanctuary, along roads that are normally off limits to the general public.
The Lara Fun Run/Walk focuses on providing a healthy, good value experience for the whole family. The community event is expected to raise more than $5000 for local not-for-profit organisations.
If you haven’t signed up already it’s not too late to take part. Entries will be taken on the day, between 7.30am and 8.45am (cash only).
Kids dash (8.10am), 10km (9am) and 5km run/walk (9.05am).
