Bisinella Developments - The key to your community

Customer stories: Meet Jenna (Wattle Grove Estate)

Meet Jenna, who can’t wait to move into her forever home in Wattle Grove with her husband Sam, ahead of the arrival of their first child.

Close to Geelong CBD and prized waterfront, with connectivity to the surf coast and Melbourne lies one of Bisinella Developments newest estates Wattle Grove, nestled in Corio.

For Jenna, building in the new estate was a chance to design something that not only suited their new lifestyle, but also incorporate all their favourite features.

“Wattle Grove offered great size blocks with the added bonuses of included fencing, beautiful landscaping and a playground in the area with proximity to Geelong CBD,” she said.

The couple put a deposit on their lot in July 2020, with construction of their home starting in October last year. They are due to move into their newly built home in about four weeks. Once completed, the sold-out estate will feature 102 lots as well as a 4000m2 park, including a playground. There are currently 20 homes under construction.

Jenna said she was looking forward to seeing the community grow over time, as more homes were built in the estate.

“We love the landscaping and flow of the estate. You can see how beautiful it will be when the native trees have grown to their potential.”

Jenna said Wattle Grove was a perfect estate to raise a family, which was very important to her and her husband, with their baby on the way.

“We wanted to find a place that was safe, community focused and also suitable for our long-term lifestyle as we grow from a young family right through to retirement.”

As first-time home builders, having a streamlined process was paramount to Jenna and her husband.

“As soon as we engaged with Bisinella, the process was very simple and the team was always on hand to answer any questions we had,” she said.

“Some of our friends who purchased in estates with different developers had very negative experiences, so we felt very lucky to be so supported and guided throughout the whole process.”

Jenna added people she knew who had also gone through Bisinella Developments only had positive stories to share.

“It’s hard to maintain a high standard of customer service and personability with so many large developments on the go at one time but Bisinella manages to continue to make its owners feel respected and heard,” she said.

Having lived in the area for the past seven years, Jenna is excited about the chance to stay in an area they love but enjoy the benefits of a new development and home build.

“One of our favourite things we love to do is walk down to the local markets every Saturday morning for our fresh vegetables,” Jenna said.

“We love how we are a quick trip to everywhere that is important to us, we consider ourselves very lucky.”
