Lara Lakes childcare centre on track as community takes shape

Bisinella Developments has announced strong construction progress on the new kindergarten and childcare centre at Lara Lakes Estate, marking another important milestone in the continued growth of the community.

Located at 16-18 Bronzewing Way, the purpose-built early education centre is being delivered by Oreana and will be operated by Aspire Early Education. Once complete, the 88-place facility will provide local families with convenient access to high-quality early learning within the estate.

The centre has been carefully planned to support the needs of Lara Lakes’ growing population, particularly young families seeking accessible and reliable childcare close to home.

Managing Director of Bisinella Developments, Richard Bisinella, said the progress of the childcare centre reflects the broader vision for Lara Lakes as a fully integrated, family-friendly community.

“Seeing construction well underway on this important piece of community infrastructure is incredibly encouraging,” Richard said.

“At Lara Lakes, we have always taken a long-term view, ensuring essential services such as childcare and education are delivered alongside housing.”

Oreana has confirmed the centre is now approximately halfway through construction and remains on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, with an anticipated opening later in the year.

Designed with both children and parents in mind, the facility will cater to a range of age groups, including nursery (six weeks to 18 months), toddlers (18 months to three years), and kindergarten (three to four years). Its location within the estate is a genuine advantage for residents, helping to support easier daily routines for families living at Lara Lakes.

“The thoughtful placement of this centre within the estate is what sets it apart,” Richard said.

“It is about making everyday life easier for residents and creating a community where families feel supported from the very beginning.”

In further positive news for the estate, the land allocated for a future primary school has now been sold to the State Government, reinforcing Lara Lakes’ long-term commitment to delivering essential education infrastructure.

Richard Bisinella said this milestone provides additional confidence for both current and future residents.

“Securing a future primary school site is another significant step forward,” Richard said.

“It gives families peace of mind knowing their children will have access to quality education options close to home as the community continues to grow.”

Oreana said delivering community infrastructure that lasts is at the heart of what they do.

"This childcare centre is more than bricks and mortar, it is a commitment to the families who call Lara Lakes home. We are proud to be delivering a facility that will serve this community for generations to come, and we look forward to handing over the keys later this year."

With construction progressing steadily, the new childcare centre is set to become a key part of the Lara Lakes community, supporting young families and enhancing the estate’s long-term appeal as a well-connected and thoughtfully designed place to call home.
