Over the past five years, Bisinella has reinforced its commitment to sustainable living by offering purchasers a $1,000 solar panel rebate bonus when building their new home within our estates.
The initiative is part of Bisinella’s broader vision to deliver well-planned, future-ready communities, with a focus on energy efficiency and long-term value for homeowners.
By encouraging the installation of rooftop solar systems at the time of construction, Bisinella is supporting residents to reduce household energy costs while contributing to a lower environmental footprint.
Since the rebate was introduced, purchasers across Bisinella communities have installed approximately 500kVA of solar capacity through the program.
Managing Director Richard Bisinella said the initiative reflects the company’s long-standing approach to building communities designed for the future.
“We understand the pressures homeowners are facing with rising energy costs, and we believe developers have a role to play in supporting practical, long-term solutions,” Richard said.
“By offering our $1,000 solar rebate in addition to any available government incentives, we’re helping purchasers maximise the benefits of installing solar from day one.
It’s about encouraging smarter building choices and creating more sustainable communities across all of our estates.”
Bisinella’s $1,000 rebate is offered in addition to any eligible government solar incentives, providing further financial support to purchasers who choose to invest in renewable energy as part of their build.
The rebate is available to eligible purchasers who meet the program requirements. To qualify, the owner must submit an application within three months of the occupancy certificate being issued for the dwelling.
By providing practical financial support alongside thoughtfully designed estates, Bisinella continues to deliver more than just land.
The solar rebate initiative reflects a practical, long-term commitment to sustainability, helping homeowners invest in more energy-efficient homes while contributing to well-planned, future-focused communities.
