2025 end of year address

As 2025 comes to an end, it’s a great time to reflect on the progress we’ve made across Bisinella Developments - and to look ahead to an exciting 2026.

This year brought strong momentum across our residential and industrial projects, with new stages completed, construction advancing in several estates and important groundwork laid for the communities we’ll deliver in the years ahead.

At Lara Lakes Estate, titles for Stage 8 were issued this year, and the community continues to grow.

In 2026, we’ll complete the new Stage 8 reserve - with a basketball half-court and playground - begin work on Stages 11 and 12, and release park-frontage lots in Stage 9 towards the end of the year.

Flinders Walk Estate also reached an important milestone with construction kicking off following final Council approvals. We expect titles for both stages in early 2026, with the first residents beginning to build not long after.

At Charlotte Rise Estate, construction of a home at Lot 5 is set to begin early in the new year, and buyers will continue to have the opportunity to secure lots with impressive views across Geelong.

Over at Seaside Estate, Stages 4 and 5 are planned for release in 2026, with two homes already under construction and more lots available for sale.

We’re also preparing for future communities, with significant permit progress made for both Caspian and Starling Estates.

Within our industrial portfolio, we have similarly advanced planning and approvals to support future employment and commercial opportunities across the region.

Our community partnerships were another highlight of 2025.

We hosted well-attended events at Pirra Homestead, celebrated a standout season for the Lara Cricket Club – that delivered four premierships and a return to the CGA1 division - and continued our support for the Norlane Community Initiative as it moves closer to opening its new community facility.

We also cheered on the North Geelong Football Club in its premiership win and continued backing local events such as Propped by the Bar.

In 2026, we look forward to staying closely involved with local sporting clubs - and of course, we’re hoping the Geelong Cats can go one better next season.

As we wrap up a busy and rewarding year, we want to thank our customers, partners and community for your ongoing support.
